Apple Tarts 4ever
Galettes are my go to way to tart. Roll out your fave homemade or pre-bought pie dough to a 14 inch round, fill with your fave fruit, a sprinkle of sugar, and then fold over the edges creating a little cove for your fruit. Egg wash, sprinkle the crust with sugar and bake until toasty and amaze. Best ever. This apple tart has a base of homemade apple butter, it was glazed with the apple butter as well. It was an apple cinnamon dream.
